Product & membership terms
Ordering status
Online checkout, subscription enrollment, and media uploads are not yet connected. Building a shopping bag does not create an order or charge a payment method.
One sticker, one memory
Each purchased sticker is associated with one audio or video memory. Customers may preview before final activation. Once confirmed and activated, a recording cannot be replaced or updated. A new recording requires purchasing a new sticker.
Prices and membership
Listed merchandise prices are $29.99, $44.99, and $59.99. The Memory Club is priced at $34.99 per year and provides 25% off eligible merchandise while active. Annual renewals require affirmative consent, and cancellation and refund terms must be disclosed before enrollment becomes available.
Media permissions
Customers must own or have permission to use uploaded photographs, audio and video, and obtain appropriate consent from people featured in recordings.
Availability
Media access requires an internet connection and a functioning hosting service. Storage duration, retention, privacy, and service continuity terms must be confirmed before accepting payment.
