Shipping, fulfillment & returns
Shipping policy
Standard shipping is free when eligible merchandise totals at least $99.99 after membership discounts, before taxes and shipping. Otherwise shipping is charged separately at checkout. Membership fees do not count toward the threshold.
In-house production
Printed 4×6 photographs and framed photographs will be produced and packaged in-house. Fulfillment and delivery estimates will be provided when ordering is enabled.
Returns and damaged orders
Because these products may be personalized, return and cancellation rules must be disclosed before payment. Please contact support regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Detailed return and cancellation terms will be presented before payment.
Delivery limitations
Carrier rates, geographic eligibility, tracking options, and delivery estimates will be displayed when checkout services are enabled.
